Bumbles Pumpkin Patch in aid of Teech.org
We enjoyed an unforgettable evening at Bumbles Pumpkin Patch on Friday 17th October, as our annual event returned this year bringing together families, fun, and all for a wonderful cause!

We’re thrilled to share that, thanks to the amazing support of our Bumbles community, we have now raised over £2,800 for Teech.org — a small volunteer ran UK charity who install plumbed toilets in schools in Eastern Europe every summer. Every donation made will help make a real difference.

Cutest Pumpkins in the Patch
Our Bumbles on the Hill setting was transformed into a magical autumn wonderland. Families wandered through our large pumpkin patch, where every child could explore the patch, choose a pumpkin and carve it alongside their friends.
Follow the yellow brick road… to our ‘Dress the Scarecrow’ game with a Wizard of Oz twist. Can you spot some of the story’s beloved characters adding a bit of movie magic?
The atmosphere was alive with music, warm drinks provided by The Jumping Deer, and plenty of delicious treats — including a fresh fruit Halloween display made by our talented cook Marie Claire for all the children to enjoy. Our spooky decorations, smoky cauldron, and festoon lighting set the perfect mood as the sun went down over the Castlereagh Hills.
Families loved taking photos on the huge tractor, and the sandpit-turned-spooky-graveyard and pumpkin ring toss games were a big hit with the little ones. The evening was filled with laughter, smiles, and so much creativity — especially during our family costume contest, where we awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes for the best-dressed families.

Most importantly, it was wonderful to see so many Bumbles families come together to celebrate, connect, and support a great cause. The sense of community was truly heartwarming, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped make the evening so special.
Thank you to all who attended, donated, dressed up, and carved pumpkins from The Maxwells and wider Bumbles team.
