Bumbles Senior Leadership Team works closely together to guide, support, and inspire our teams, ensuring high-quality care across every setting.
Each setting is required to have an accredited ‘Person in Charge’ who is supernumerary (ex-ratio), providing strong leadership and oversight. At Bumbles, our aim is to go a step further by developing flexible Managers who can confidently support and cover across all settings, building meaningful relationships and truly getting to know every child and family.
With a focus on collaboration, wellbeing, and a commitment to continuous improvement, our senior team are committed to create a positive and nurturing environment for all of our team, children, and families.
Our Team is made up of caring, passionate, and dedicated individuals who bring Bumbles vision, purpose and values to life every day. As well as bringing a wide range of skills and experience to Bumbles, our team complete training in areas such as Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, and Food Safety, to ensure they are fully equipped to provide a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for every child.

From supporting learning and development to creating safe, happy, and nurturing environments, each team member plays an important role in the children’s journeys. Together, they work closely with families and colleagues to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
Our Relief Team plays a vital role in supporting our settings, stepping in wherever they’re needed to ensure continuity of care for children and families. Flexible, reliable, and highly skilled, they quickly build positive relationships with children and staff while maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on. Their support helps keep our environments calm, consistent, and welcoming every day.
