A massive cheer and congratulations is in order for our incredible Bumbles Day Care relay team who absolutely smashed the Belfast City Marathon yesterday!
Kelly, Vilma, Amber, Becs, and Zoe – you are all superstars! Powering through each leg of the marathon with incredible determination and beaming smiles, your positivity, teamwork and contagious energy was felt throughout the day.
The atmosphere of the event and the community spirit was truly inspiring. We met lots of Bumbles children and families who were out supporting along the route, and were delighted to have families, friends and colleagues join us at Bumbles in the Park to see the girls at the finish line.
What a fantastic effort from everyone at Bumbles! The vibrant posters created by our team and children at each of our settings truly added a special touch to the marathon day in support of the Bumbles Relay Runners!
A special thank you to Phin Coffee for providing those incredibly refreshing iced coffees – they were the perfect way to cool down on such a glorious day in Belfast.
Not only did the girls complete the marathon together, but they also raised an incredible £1875 for the vital work of Women’s Aid.
Congratulations again to our Bumbles Marathon Relay Team. We’re very proud of your dedication, teamwork, and incredible fundraising efforts. No doubt, you will have inspired many, and in particular the young minds we watch grow everyday.
You have taught us to never stop trying new things and cheering each other on! Go Team Bumbles!
