  • Look out for loose screws , exposed nails, broken wood.
  • Check foot holds and rope is secure and ramp clear of debris.
  • Check Spindles

Note: Children are not permitted to sit on edge of outer rail or climb along outside of treehouse

  • Sharp edges, loose nails or screws, broken wood, loose foot holds, loose rope
  • Spindles missing or loose
  • Check  must be completed before children use treehouses.
  • Supervision at all times – a member of staff should always be standing nearby and observing how the children use the treehouse
  • Risk Benefits: fun, climbing, pulling, balance, resilience,  confidence building
